Position: Financial Analyst
Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Economics related.
Job duties:
- Analyze historical and current financial and operational data—including client revenue trends, and agency operating costs—to develop accurate financial models, forecasts, and performance reports that support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead key forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all financial assumptions, revenue projections, client billing structures, staffing models, and marketplace-related performance data.
- Monitor financial performance versus budgets and forecasts, preparing clear variance analyses and actionable insights for leadership, account managers, and cross-functional teams to guide client profitability and operational efficiency.
- Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and profitability modeling to evaluate the financial impact of client growth, resource allocation, and market conditions.
- Continuously enhance FP&A processes, reporting dashboards, and data workflows, improving visibility into agency KPIs such as ROAS, gross margin, client-level profitability, utilization rates, and operational efficiency.
- Support financial operations, including budgeting, long-range planning, month-end close analysis, KPI tracking, revenue recognition, and preparation of financial and performance deliverables used in internal and client-facing meetings.
Pay: $88,000-$90,000 yearly
